These terms apply to your use of this website and to every order you place with Sergio Paws ("we", "us", "our"). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them. Please also read our Shipping Policy, Refund & Returns Policy and Privacy Policy, which form part of these terms.
1. Orders
When you place an order you'll receive an order confirmation by email. That confirmation is our acceptance of your order. We may decline or cancel an order if we suspect fraud, if a price or product was listed in error, or if we can't ship to your address; in that case you'll be refunded in full.
2. Made to order
Every Sergeant Paws kit is built after you order it. Production and delivery times are estimates and are described in our Shipping Policy. We don't guarantee delivery by a specific date. You can cancel for a full refund at any time before your kit ships.
3. Prices and payment
All prices are shown in US dollars. Shipping within the United States is free. Applicable sales tax, if any, is calculated at checkout. Payment is taken when you place your order. We may change prices at any time, but changes won't affect orders already confirmed.
4. Sizing
Fit is based on the measurements in our size guide. Please measure your dog before ordering. If the size doesn't fit, our free size swap applies — see the Refund & Returns Policy.
5. Refunds and returns
Our 30-day money-back guarantee, free size swap and damaged-item policy are set out in the Refund & Returns Policy. Those terms take precedence over any general statements on this page.
6. Using the costume safely
The Sergeant Paws kit is a costume for dogs, not a toy or a restraint. Always supervise your dog while it's wearing the kit, don't leave it on unattended or overnight, and remove it if your dog shows signs of discomfort or tries to chew any part of it. The rifle prop is a soft accessory for photos, not a chew toy. Keep small parts away from pets and children.
7. Product information
We do our best to show colors, materials and sizes accurately, but screens vary and each kit is handmade, so small differences from the photos are normal. If something you receive is materially different from what was described, the damaged/wrong-item rules in our Refund & Returns Policy apply.
8. Intellectual property
The Sergio Paws name, the Sergeant Paws design, and all text, photos and graphics on this site belong to us or our licensors. You may share and link to our content; you may not copy it for commercial use without written permission.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you place an order is the one that applies to that order. The "Last updated" date at the top shows the latest revision.
