Every Sergeant Paws kit is made to order for your dog's size. Here is exactly what happens between your order and your door.
Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses in the United States. Shipping is free on every order — there is no minimum and no code to enter.
How long it takes
- Production: 2–3 weeks. Your kit is built after you order, so it isn't sitting on a shelf waiting.
- Transit: 7–14 business days. Once your kit ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email.
- Door to door: roughly 4–6 weeks. Business days exclude weekends and US public holidays.
These windows are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather and peak-season volume can add time. If you're ordering for a specific date (Halloween, a party, a photo shoot), please order as early as you can — we won't promise a delivery date we can't keep.
Tracking your order
You'll get an order confirmation right after checkout and a shipping confirmation with a tracking link when your kit leaves production. You can also check the status of your order any time from the link in your confirmation email.
Address changes
Need to change your shipping address? Contact us with your order number as soon as possible. We can update the address while your kit is still in production. Once it has shipped, changes depend on the carrier and may not be possible.
Lost, delayed or damaged in transit
If tracking shows no movement for more than 10 business days, or your kit arrives damaged, contact us with your order number and (for damage) a photo. We'll sort it out with a replacement or a refund.
