What's in the box?

How do I pick the right size?
Measure your dog, not the fur: chest at the widest point behind the front legs, neck where the collar sits, and back from the base of the neck to the base of the tail. Match those numbers and your dog's weight to the size chart — S (5–12 lb) through XXL (55–90 lb). Between sizes? Size up. For reference: Louie, a 22-lb French Bulldog, wears size M; Milo, a 6-lb Chihuahua, wears size S.
What if the size is wrong?
Size swaps are free. Contact us and we'll swap it for the right size at no charge.
When will it arrive?
Every set is made to order for your dog's size. Production takes 2–3 weeks, then it ships free with tracking and delivery takes 7–14 business days. Plan on roughly 4–6 weeks from order to door.
Will it arrive before Halloween?
Halloween is October 31. Production takes 2–3 weeks and shipping another 7–14 business days, so we can't promise a Halloween delivery date. If Halloween is the goal, order as early as you can — and remember the kit is just as good for Veterans Day, holiday photos and gifts.
